Though the amorous liaison between the doctor and her patient was compelling, using injury as a commentary on the inexplicable qualities of lust and attraction, the film was marred by the directorial choices in camera angles–while ambitious, the arbitrary restriction imposed on the film detracted from, rather than heightened, the exploration of homosexual tension in the context of primary care medicine. A bold vision hampered by sub-par photography. 6/10
